After Rock im Park I skipped the bus ride and day off in Interlaken to stay Nuremberg and grab an early am train to Karlsruhe. Rat/Soundtools is putting together and order for 10 kilometers of custom cable. Super nerdy fun learning the nuances of spec’ing and designing wire types, insulators, jackets, colors and how to tell if cheap additives are used.

75 minutes till show time and everything looks great except one minor detail, ahh that’s right 50,000 humans, we need humans! Many people injured last night in an electrical storm, Rock am ring festival on hold awaiting authorities to allow doors to open. No bands have played yet today.
