Triamp 15"/dual 12"/1"/dual tweeter (~1980)
So we built a main system. First the dual 12" boxes were designed and constructed. Some "Kustom" horn loaded 15" cabinets served as the low end. As we saved up money and good deals on equipment showed up in the paper, we were able to load the boxes and get the horn cabs completed. The system got reasonably loud but the 15" cabinets, just did not cut it. Was it us or did horn loaded boxes just sound bad? |
