OK, if you are using the amp in stereo mode and still require a stereo signal then you would not switch to bridge mode. You would just reverse pin 2 and 3 on the input to channel 2 and reverse the speaker leads on channel 2 as well.
If you do not require a stereo signal (IE you are sending the same signal to channel 1 and 2) then you would put the amp in bridge mode, only use the input to channel 1 and reverse the speaker leads to channel 2.
