behringer feedback destroyer pro (no manual how to use?)

I purchased a used feedback destroyer pro and have no manual.I understand about the 10 factorey preset channels ,but which channels to select?I am only going to use it for feedback eliminating not the eq part.If i could the auto settings would work fine but how?Would someone walk me through the setup step by step ?Oh yeh id like to use it on moniters.
