: : Hello. Perhaps I'm not posting this message in the right place, but maybe someone can help me. The music sounds great when playing back over the four track. Whenever it's mastered, however, it sounds hideous. Anyone know any tweaks or tricks that can improve the sound? I've got a compressor I can run it through, I purchased it thinking it would help but it hasn't seemed to so far. I'm trying to master to a cassete deck......
