JBL 2450-2404 vs Tad 4002

Hello,
Do you think it's worth it to change out a JBL 2450 - 2404 combination for a TAD 4002. It's part of a 4 way active box with 18in JBL 2245, PAS 12in coax and 2404 tweeter. It would require some messy cabinet modifications and if it's not worth it why bother.
